Master Cleanse End of Day 8

Well here I am at the end of another successful day of my lemon Master Cleanse. At this point I can honestly say I am over the whole not eating thing... I am getting very grumpy, snappy and overall feel pretty bad today. I am not sure if this is because I am comming up on the major detoxification portion of the cleanse or if I just want real food after 8 days.

I have not lost any more weight which is a good thing, even though I did start the herbal laxitive last night. If I had done it the whole time I really don't think i would have made it this far! There were quite a few more "movements" today after taking it I did notice that, and the movements are now not as liquid as they have been. I believe this is the purpose of the whole process.

The salt water flush has gotten to be fairly easy at this point. I think I am just used to it and my body has accepted that it is going down and one time is better than two!

I have been VERY snappy today, and short with my husband. I feel very fatigued and know that it would not be healthy for me personally to continue much longer. I know that I will go for at least two more days to get rid of all the parasites etc. I have made it this long, to stop now would be just plain silly.

Overall I think this has been good so far, just getting old. Espically with my daughter as I wrote yesterday I truly feel this is starting to affect her in a negative way which is another reason for me to plan on stopping earlier rather than later.
