Lemon Master Cleanse End of Day 11

Well I did it, I made it 11days! I talked to my Chiropractic friends today and they told me that I should come off at this point for a couple of months and then do it again later. I lost 4 more pounds which was the thresh-hold they were comfortable with me going.

So tomorrow I start solid food again, I will be taking Probiotics as well as Digestive Enzymes. Hoooray!!!! I am really happy to be done with this for the time period. It was a very good thing to do, but I will be glad to eat solid food again!

Overall, it has been a wild and crazy 11 days, that is for sure. I am very lucky to have such a supportive husband and a wonderful daughter who have put up with me through all of this. Seriously it has not been too bad over all. I was lucky that the first days weren't as hard as I expected, but definately missed the feeling of real food in my mouth and chewing.

I will stand behind the statement that the best thing of this has been the smoking or better said the quitting smoking. I am SOOO glad that I did this if for no other reason than that! I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to quit since it literally detoxes you and helps to remove the actual addiction not just stopping.

I will be very glad to be done though! The Master Cleanse has been one of the best experiences I have done primarally because I was not sure I would be able to complete it. But having completed it I feel like I can do anything!
